Orders & Acceptance

An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only once the order has been processed and dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch.

Certain items may be made-to-order or customized and are therefore non-cancellable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, availability, and customs clearance. Michael Cinco is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the designated address.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in accordance with our Returns Policy. Bespoke, altered, or customized pieces are not eligible for return unless defective.

All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
