Dr. Sayed Ali is an Egyptian businessman and the co-founder and business partner of the Michael Cinco brand. Together, they built a globally recognized fashion house that has captivated the world with Michael Cinco’s extraordinary couture designs. Today, these creations are worn by renowned celebrities and prominent personalities across the globe.

Dr. Sayed Ali’s professional journey in Dubai began with humble beginnings. In 2002, he worked as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) at a company where he first met Michael Cinco. Driven by ambition and a strong vision for growth, he sought to expand his professional path beyond his initial role. His entrepreneurial mindset eventually led him to transform his existing company into a fashion house. Within this venture, Sayed Ali was entrusted with managing the fashion label, while Michael Cinco was appointed as its Creative Director.

By the end of 2013, Sayed Ali and Michael Cinco established their independent fashion label, Michael Cinco. Through this partnership, Dr. Sayed Ali played a pivotal role in developing and positioning the brand as one of the most prestigious names in the global fashion industry. In recognition of his contribution to integrating the arts into education and promoting artistic expression through fashion, Dr. Sayed Ali was awarded a Doctorate Degree. In 2021, he received PhD Degree Certification from the Humanitarian Resource Institute under the United Nations Arts Initiative (UNICEF of Arts).

Michael Cinco

Creative Director

Michael Cinco is the story of an artist who never gave up on his dreams. Today, he is recognized worldwide as one of the most influential names in couture fashion. From humble beginnings, his passion for design began at a young age, inspired by classic Hollywood films. As a child, he imagined dressing glamorous stars in his creations, sparking a lifelong dream of creating extraordinary gowns.

Born on the island of Samar in the Philippines, Michael faced numerous challenges while pursuing his ambitions. He studied Fine Arts at the University of the Philippines Diliman before refining his skills at Slims Fashion and Arts School in Manila. Moving to Dubai, he quickly gained recognition for reinventing conventional fashion houses with innovative design concepts. In 2003, he launched his first Haute Couture line, marking the start of his global journey.

Michael’s signature style is instantly recognizable — intricate craftsmanship, vibrant colors, luxurious crystals, and bold couture silhouettes. His creations have adorned international icons including Beyoncé, Jennifer Lopez, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Mariah Carey, Aishwarya Rai, and Nick Jonas, appearing on red carpets and global stages.

After years of dedication to couture, Michael expanded his vision with his first Prêt-à-Porter line, offering ready-to-wear pieces that balance chic sophistication and everyday comfort, designed to evoke timeless elegance, boldness, and accessibility.
