1. Returns & Refunds
Items purchased from Michael Cinco Ready-to-Wear may be eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all original tags, labels, packaging, and proof of purchase intact.Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment. Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or issuing bank and may take approximately 10 to 45 working days.For orders paid in cash, store credit or a credit note may be issued at the company’s discretion. Any issued credit note will be valid for three months from the date of issuance and must be used within the stated validity period. Credit notes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition for assessment.Clients are kindly advised to inspect the package upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately with your order reference number.Once the returned item has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, credit note, or refund, depending on the case and item availability.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges may be accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to item availability and approval.Items requested for exchange must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.Exchange requests may apply to size or color changes, depending on stock availability. Replacement items will only be released once the original item has been received and inspected.
4. Altered, Adjusted, or Customized Items
Once a dress or garment has been altered, adjusted, tightened, shortened, customized, or modified in any way, it will no longer be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.This includes, but is not limited to, hem shortening, body tightening, sleeve adjustment, length alteration, or any other fitting modification requested by the client.
5. Sale, Promotional, and Clearance Items
Items purchased on sale, promotion, special offer, clearance, or final markdown are not eligible for refund.These items may only be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability and company approval. If the requested size is unavailable, the sale will be considered final.
6. Return Shipping, Duties & Taxes
Clients are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any other related charges, unless the return is due to an error from our side or a confirmed defective item.Original shipping fees are non-refundable. All returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.Michael Cinco Ready-to-Wear reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the item is received damaged, used, altered, stained, or not in its original condition.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the order has not yet been processed, prepared, shipped, altered, or customized.Approved cancellations will be refunded through the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the issuing bank or payment provider.
8. Right to Refuse Returns or Exchanges
Michael Cinco Ready-to-Wear reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.Items that show signs of wear, damage, perfume, stains, makeup marks, alteration, missing tags, or missing original packaging will not be accepted.
